    Situation: Promising new company was losing over a million dollars per year
    Key Recommendations: Selectively and appropriately increase pricing while reducing non-value added 
    costs
    Outcome: Robust profitability

REAL ESTATE COMPANY-
     Situation: High burn rate combined with weak market were creating huge cash and operating losses
     Key Recommendations: Communicate with banks and key vendors to ensure continuity of operations;
     massively reduce costs including personnel and operating costs
